The sauna has been part of my daily life for more than seven years. What began as a simple wellness habit quickly became something much deeper — an essential practice that has supported both my physical health and, most importantly, my mental wellbeing. The clarity, calm, and reset I experience after each session has genuinely changed the way I move through my days.

Coming from a background in fashion and styling, I naturally gravitate toward thoughtful design, elevated materials, and products that feel as good as they perform. Over time, I noticed that while sauna culture continues to grow, many of the tools and accessories available didn’t reflect the same level of intention, quality, or aesthetic that people seek in other areas of their lifestyle.

While travelling through Europe, I experienced the traditional Northern European sauna hats firsthand and were genuinely surprised by the difference they made to my session.  I understood their need for performance, not just the traditional ceremonial aspect. That experience stayed with me and became a key part of the inspiration behind SWEAT SUPPLY.
