1. Prepare
Relax into the heat.
Allow your body to warm for 5–10 minutes before beginning. Heat softens tissue and enhances responsiveness, making this the ideal moment to sculpt.
• Use on dry skin during your sauna session
• Or apply oil post-sauna for deeper glide
• Begin at the feet and work upward
Move slowly. Stay intentional.
2 . Sculpt & Stimulate
Use firm, controlled strokes. Pressure should feel activating - never aggressive.
A light flush of redness is normal and indicates increased circulation.
Safety Notice
Our natural stones can become extremely hot if left inside the sauna for extended periods. Always check the temperature before use and allow the stone to cool if necessary. 3.Restore
Pause.
Hydrate. Breathe deeply. Allow your body to regulate naturally.
Post-session, you may apply body oil and repeat gentle strokes for enhanced sculpting and fascia release.
