Processing Times
Orders are packed and processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.
During launches, sales or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Australia-wide: 2–8 business days
Regional or remote areas: Please allow extra time for delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sweatsupply.com.au. We will do our best to update it before your order is shipped, however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. You can also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
International Shipping
At this stage, we currently ship within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this page will be updated.
